Prints All prints are hand-produced to order on heavy-duty, light-fast, high-quality conservation grade papers using pigment inks and are mounted, when requested, on luxury 2.5mm conservation mount board. Prices range from £8 for an A4 print (£17 mounted) to £14 for an A3 print (£25 mounted) and £21 for an A2 (print only)

Picture mounts Wherever possible we try to fit pictures into a mount such that they will easily fit into common, off-the-shelf, frame sizes. This makes it easier for the customer to frame, and is often more cost-effective than a bespoke frame.

Source material Material for this site has been collected over many years from the second-hand market in old magazines and posters, and latterly from compilation CDs and public-domain internet sources. Being anything up to 100 years old in the original printed image, virtually all ads have needed a measure of repair (after the initial scans) to bring them back to a presentable condition. Detailed information on the subject matter and designer of the ad is not usually available.

Copyright Copyright limitation on corporate advertising material is generally 50 years from the date of production. Although all the images on this site are well over 50 years old, it is not our intention to willingly contravene the copyright laws of any country where an image may still be subject to copyright. We will therefore, upon notification, immediately remove any image that is not in the public domain and is subject to copyright ownership elsewhere.

Delivery As our prints are made to order, including our conservation mounts, please allow 14 days for delivery. Postage is £2.80 for all orders (or free for orders over £40) and is added at the checkout stage.
